Selling a high value offer at a low value price. This is a situation where many businesses find themselves. Often because they don't understand the value of what they're offering. Sometimes that's combined with a lack of confidence in charging higher price. Either way the result is the same, they're working too hard and not earning enough.
The first step is awareness, because only once you know the problem can you start to solve it. That means deciding to raise your prices. There are many ways to go about it.
