Very often clients come to me and have very low prices. They've underpriced themselves to the extent it's nearly impossible to have a thriving business. The math just doesn't add up.

When we start talking about their pricing and where they want to go they often respond with "I want it to be affordable for all." That's very admirable. It's also for most small business owners not a strategy that's going to be successful.

It's not about overcharging, but it is about knowing when that strategy can work and what it will take to have the business you want at those prices. It can also be about shifting your strategy and approaching working with some customer groups in a different way.

That's what we're going to talk about this week and I'm going to share with a simple tool that you can use to do some of the math yourself.
