After more than a decade in HR and leadership roles, I founded Swiss Kombucha Company in 2019 to bring authentic, unpasteurized kombucha to Switzerland. What began as small-batch home brewing, has grown into an award-winning national brand - recognized with a 2022 Gold Award and several international honors — now partnering with offices, retail, hotels, cafés, and wellness destinations, that care about offering better beverage choices.
