And in that process of going through my own healing of my attachment, I started to build up my own #selfconfidence and self-worth.

And I got stronger and stronger. And I was able to then go on a date. And instead of saying, does he like me? I was saying, do I even like him?

And that shifted and that's where my health shifted dramatically because I was no longer putting my own worth and value on what some random guy I was dating thought of me.

And that was massive.
