So here we are, testing out Substack Live and uploading it to YouTube. I’m Megan, that’s Danna and we run not one but two podcasts that you probably haven’t heard of yet.

Don’t worry, our moms don’t listen either. My mom doesn’t have headphones, so podcasts are basically a non-starter. We’re thriving over here.

But here’s the thing—2026 is different. We’ve actually gotten our act together. We have episodes scheduled every single week through March. For two people with ADHD, this is basically a miracle worth documenting.

What’s Coming This Year
First up, we’re launching a coaching series on So Frickin’ Healthy where Danna coached two amazing women who wanted to work on their health goals. You’ll get to hear what actually happens inside a health coaching session, not just the polished before-and-after stories.

We’re also rolling out mini episodes—just 10 minutes each—where Danna and I talk about random health topics. The first one? Chia seeds, which Danna eloquently titled “Tiny Little Fuckers.” We can talk about anything, apparently, as long as we keep it under 10 minutes.

And we’re keeping our regular guest episodes going strong. We’ve got some genuinely fantastic people lined up for this year.

Oh, and we’re rebooting Becoming a Health Coach, which I started back in 2018 when Danna and I were both doing our health coaching training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Danna’s joining me as co-host now, so if you’re curious about becoming a health coach or just want to hear us talk about the coaching world, that’s your show.

So yeah. That’s the update. We’re organized, we’re consistent, and we’re cautiously optimistic that this whole “planning ahead” thing might actually stick.
