Megan is a Certified Bad Ass... but she's also a Certified International Health Coach with specializations in Gut, Hormone, and Metabolism health. She worked for 17 years in the diabetes industry and is passionate about spreading the word about how to optimize your metabolism to avoid diseases like Type 2 diabetes.
With her education as a Chemical Engineer, Megan takes data seriously and loves testing new gadgets and apps that help people better understand their health.
She loves knitting, cooking, and bingeing a good show or book.
You can find her hiking in the Swiss Alps or visiting her family on the family farm in Indiana, USA.
