**Histamine, Allergies & Nettle Tea – The Health Rabbit Hole**

Remember that histamine intolerance mini we dropped? It closed a major knowledge gap for Megan (cue her husband doing the "knowledge gap closing" hand gesture, which is apparently a whole thing in their house).

Here's the deal: Megan suffers from seasonal allergies in Switzerland – something she NEVER had in the U.S. Hazelnut pollen hits her hard every February. So she's planning an experiment: starting in January, she's going to drink nettle tea "like a motherfucker" (her words) and skip the antihistamines to see if it works.

Why nettle tea? It's cheap (you can literally get it from the woods), and it helps with histamine regulation. Danna confirmed she's used it for histamine intolerance too. Local honey also helps, but it costs like 25 francs for a tiny jar in Switzerland, so... nettle tea it is.
